It also addressed enhancing communication between the authority and sports entities through the UAE Sports electronic portal and aimed at drafting a fundamental regulation for the federation in alignment with local and international legislations, including the Olympic Charter and international federation laws that contribute to organizing the management of the sport.

The attendees also discussed ways to promote more skilled sports professionals to take on international roles, as the Authority relies on the boards of sports federations to cultivate administrative talent capable of representing the UAE in global sports organizations. This brings significant benefits to UAE sports, and there is great importance in establishing committees within the federation (technical, financial, etc.), whether from its members or by consulting experts from outside the board.
